"This has quite honestly been the worst experience I have had with an insurance agency since receiving my driver’s license over 20 years ago. This office, and State Farm as a whole, has been extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.

I remained loyal to this company after moving to Texas, despite experiencing a monthly premium increase of nearly 550%. After three years of on-time payments and continued attentiveness as a customer, I was then informed that I was being dropped from coverage altogether.

Never again.

I am hurt, disappointed, and disgusted by this experience. Insurance is one of the clearest examples of an adhesion contract that consumers enter into, and it is incredibly disheartening to see how little recourse a loyal customer truly has when a company decides to simply move on. The only real option offered to the consumer is essentially to “hit the road and find someone else.” Welcome to 2026 America, I guess.

Unfortunately, this experience has shown me exactly how little State Farm values long-term customers. I would not recommend this office or this company to anyone looking for reliable service, loyalty, or basic customer care."
